Delete your Slotmigo account

Applies to Slotmigo web, Slotmigo business (admin) app, and customer app

Slotmigo ("we") will delete your account and personal data when you request it. This page explains how to submit a request and what we delete or retain. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

1. How to request account deletion

  1. Email privacy@slotmigo.com from the email or phone number registered on your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete my Slotmigo account".
  3. Include your full name, registered email and/or phone number, and whether you use the Slotmigo business app, customer app, or website.
  4. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 48 hours.

2. What we delete

  • Account profile (name, email, phone number)
  • Profile photos you uploaded
  • Login credentials and authentication tokens
  • App preferences linked to your account

After deletion, we do not use your personal data for marketing or account recovery.

3. What we may keep

Booking historyUp to 2 years (service records and dispute resolution)
Invoice recordsUp to 7 years where required by law
Anonymized analyticsUp to 90 days (cannot identify you)

4. Delete some data without closing your account

You can email privacy@slotmigo.com to correct or remove specific information (for example, update your phone number or remove a profile photo) without deleting your entire account.
